I do not offer exchanges on skincare products. If you need a different product, please place a new order. I’m always happy to help guide you before purchasing.

Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I’ll make it right.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
